Ingredients

1 bag Ian’s Alphatots

1 cup shredded dairy-free cheese

½ cup cooked black beans, drained and rinsed

½ cup pico de gallo

2 tablespoons dairy-free sour cream

2 tablespoons guacamole

½ jalapeno, sliced (optional)

1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped

1 teaspoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line baking sheet with parchment or silicon baking mat.

2. Evenly spread out Ian’s Alphatots on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.

3. Remove from oven, flip Alphatots and squeeze them together towards the center and broil for 5 minutes.

4. Sprinkle baked Alphatots with black beans and dairy-free cheese and return to oven to bake for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

5. Remove from oven and top with pico de gallo, dairy-free sour cream, guacamole, jalapeño, cilantro and green onions.
