Do your products contain allergens?

All of our products are free from peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, and milk.  We take our commitment to being allergy friendly a little farther by also making sure we don’t use any mustard, sulfite, or sesame in our products.

We exceed industry standards for allergen controls with our state of the art Gluten/Allergen Control System which includes strict cleaning and sanitation procedures and testing every lot of finished product for allergens.  Our food safety management system and our allergen management program is audited annually and complies with the Global Food Safety Initiative under the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Code.

Are your products gluten free?

Yes, absolutely! Our products are made without wheat or any other source of gluten. Our unique company standard of requiring independent third party gluten testing of each lot of finished product verifies that our products are gluten free.

Are your products nut free?

Yes! All of our products are peanut & tree nut free. They are produced in allergen-friendly facilities.

If you’d like your local store to stock Ian’s, ask the “Frozen Buyer” or “Grocery Buyer” to bring it in! Sometimes all it takes is for them to hear from a customer – request Ian’s at your local grocer!

Where can I find the best by date on the package?

For bagged products, the best by date can be found on the back of the package next to the barcode. For frozen family pack items, the best by date can be found inside a black box on a side panel.
